Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines seeks a Branch Operations Officer to serve as a universal operations support across branches in the area, filling temporary vacancies and delivering quality service to clients.

You will perform spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash & COCI and form counts, and monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining controls and service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of branch banking operations experience.
• In-depth knowledge of branch operations policies and procedures.
• Strong risk management skills and good customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as reliever for BCM, BSO, CA, or Teller to ensure prompt and compliant service delivery.
• Performs spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash, COCI, and numbered forms for lean branches and compliance.
• Monitors day-to-day operations to prevent lapses or exceptions across branches.
