Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of branch banking operations experience preferred.
• Strong risk management and internal controls knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willing to be a relieving pool within the area.

Responsibilities

• Relieve BCM/BSO/CA/Teller to ensure service delivery in operations and compliance.
• Conduct spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, COCI, and numbered forms for lean branches.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to prevent lapses and ensure policy adherence.
