Job summary

PrimeWater Infrastructure Corporation seeks a Branch Operations Manager to plan and oversee daily and long-term operations in Surigao City. You will drive performance against NRW, collection, OPEX, and revenue targets, implementing controls and liaising with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with the joint venture agreement.

The role requires a licensed engineering degree, 3+ years in a similar position in the water distribution sector, and strong negotiation and communication skills

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering with a professional license.
• At least three years of experience in a similar capacity within the water distribution industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day and long-term operations of the branch to ensure targets are on-track.
• Develop programs to achieve NRW, collection, OPEX, and revenue targets.
• Implement controls to ensure compliance with behavioral and performance standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align deliverables with joint venture commitments.
• Perform field work for monitoring critical projects and deliverables.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, policies, procedures, and standards for the branch.
• Identify and execute branch development plans and revenue opportunities.
• Participate in other tasks contributing to organizational success.
