Job summary

PrimeWater Infrastructure Corporation seeks a Branch Operations Manager to plan and oversee daily and long-term operations in Surigao City. You will drive performance against NRW, collection, OPEX, and revenue targets, implementing controls and liaising with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with the joint venture agreement.

The role requires a licensed engineering degree, 3+ years in a similar position in the water distribution sector, and strong negotiation and communication skills

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering with a professional license.
• At least three years of experience in a similar capacity within the water distribution industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

• Plan and manage day-to-day and long-term operations of the branch to ensure targets are on-track.

• Perform field work for monitoring critical projects and deliverables.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day and long-term operations of the branch to ensure that all targets are on-track and will be complied with.
• Develop programs and activities that will ensure the team’s performance to reach NRW, collection, OPEX, and revenue targets.
• Implement controls within operations and within the office to ensure compliance of employees to behavioral and performance standards.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring the alignment of the deliverables with the commitment stipulated within the joint venture agreement.
• Perform field work as may be needed especially in monitoring critical projects and deliverables.
• Develop and implement annual plans and budget, policies, procedures, and standards and activities of the designated branch.
• Identify and execute branch development plans and take advantage or revenue opportunities as may be presented.
• Participate in and perform other tasks that will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Person Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, with corresponding professional license.
• Must have at least three years of experience in a similar capacity within the same industry.
• Must have working knowledge of financial concepts and practices.
• Must have working knowledge of government-set standards and operating procedures for the management and operation of water distribution facilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Applicants must have strong negotiation and communication skills.
