Qualifications

• 3+ years in branch operations, warehouse, logistics, sales, or related work.
• Experience in managing inventory, deliveries, and branch assets.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and report preparation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle.

• Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory, products, equipment, and branch assets.
• Ensure receiving, releasing, storage, and documentation are accurate.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
• Supervise branch personnel and daily work assignments.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Coach the team and communicate targets and directives.
• Coordinate daily deliveries and routes.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, sales, and Head Office.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues.
