Job summary

Cord Chemicals, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to lead the Davao Branch daily operations and customer engagement. You will manage branch activities, supervise staff, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Head Office for payments and reporting.

Candidate should excel in sales and customer service, be comfortable engaging customers, and willing to learn Cord products, while ensuring compliance and smooth branch performance on-site in Davao.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch operations or branch management is important.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience in retail, distribution, hardware, construction materials, industrial products or a similar business is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable talking to customers and offering products.
• Willing and able to learn CORD products and their applications.
• Can handle both sales and administrative responsibilities.
• Organized and able to monitor permits, payments, deadlines and reports.
• Can supervise employees and make sure company procedures are followed.
• Must be willing to work on-site at the Davao Branch.

Responsibilities

• Report to and work at the Davao Branch every working day.
• Take responsibility for the daily operation of the branch.
• Coordinate with Head Office in Metro Manila for payments.
• Attend to customer inquiries and offer and recommend CORD products.
• Help generate sales and follow up customer inquiries.
• Learn our products, their uses, and basic applications.
• Supervise branch personnel and monitor attendance.
• Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and collections.
• Monitor inventory and branch supplies.
• Handle and monitor permits, renewals, government requirements and branch payments.
• Make sure the office, warehouse and surrounding areas are clean, organized and properly maintained.
• Check maintenance, repair and security concerns.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding sales, inventory, personnel and administrative matters.
• Submit required reports accurately and on time.
