Job summary

City Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a Branch Service Officer to oversee daily branch operations, manage cash and vault services, and ensure compliance with BSP rules and internal controls.

You will supervise tellering, cashiering, ATM management, support the branch sales team with account openings and maintenance, and uphold bank policies with a strong focus on risk management and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in bank operations, cashiering, or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, risk management, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Cash management as chief custodian of peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms, and vault operations.
• Directs daily tellering, cashiering, and ATM management.
• Prepares branch reports, resolves discrepancies, and follows BSP rules.
• Assists branch sales with account opening, maintenance, and customer service.
