Responsibilities

Oversee branch operations, cash management, and transaction controls.
Review and approve account opening, maintenance, and customer transactions.
Ensure AML, KYC, audit, risk, and regulatory compliance.
Manage ATM operations, cash vaults, accountable forms, and branch controls.
Supervise branch operations staff and support training and performance management.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.
Support business growth through cross-selling, referrals, and client relationship management.
Prepare operational reports and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
