Job summary

Philippine National Bank (PNB) is seeking a Branch Cash Operations Officer to ensure secure custody of cash, vault items and accountable forms, and to supervise tellering and new accounts services across branches.

The role requires willingness to travel to Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, and Aurora as manpower needs arise, with strong knowledge of branch operations, cash handling procedures and the bank's operating system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business course with understanding of branch operations.
• Familiarity with bank policies and circulars is required.
• Knowledgeable in the bank’s operating system.
• Competence in proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the control and safekeeping of branch’s cash in vault level, accountable forms and other documents.
• Supervises, coordinates and reviews the cash operations, tellering and new accounts services of the branch to ensure fast, efficient and courteous services at all times.
