• Act as primary custodian of cash and all other accountable items
• Exercises delegated limits in approving daily branch transactions
• Identifies risks and sets up controls to prevent potential losses
• Handle client inquiries and complaints
• Evaluates and recommends process change to improve customer service
• Formulate service plans and activities to achieve optimum service quality
• Handles monitoring and maintenance of branch premises and equipment
• Review delinquency on a daily basis
• Solicit accounts and cross-sells bank products and services
