Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of banking experience with emphasis on operations and business development in financial services.
• Strong understanding of branch operations and cash controls.
• Excellent customer-relations and deposit-generation focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and implement cash control measures.
• Ensure efficient cash management and safekeeping of bank documents, supplies and accountable forms.
• As chief cash custodian, ensure adherence to bank policies, BSP regulations, and proper vault maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer-relations to help increase deposit generation.
