Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Service Officer to oversee daily tellering, cashiering and ATM operations at the Cubao branch, ensuring prompt, compliant service delivery and adherence to internal controls.

Key responsibilities include end-of-day activities, supervising cash services and ATM operations, acting as the chief custodian of peso and foreign currency cash and accountable forms, and reviewing branch reports for accuracy and timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant course.
• At least 5 years' experience in Branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day activities.
• Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch.
• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch.
• Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted.
• Assistant for signature / approval.
• Reviews / prepares, approves and submits branch reports. Ascertains completeness, accuracy and prompt and proper dispatch of documents / reports to concerned units.
• Ensures that discrepancies are reported or resolved on time.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant course
