Job Description:

The Area Sales and Operations Manager will oversee the overall sales performance and day-to-day operations of multiple branches or locations within an assigned area. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, developing branch teams, and implementing company strategies across assigned locations.

Area Sales Management

• Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve area-wide revenue and sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance across assigned branches and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, branch performance, and market conditions to develop appropriate action plans.

Multi-Branch Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational reviews to assess performance, identify gaps, and provide immediate solutions.
• Ensure proper execution of standards related to store/branch appearance, customer service, product availability, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency.

People Management & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers, Supervisors, and other operational personnel.
• Monitor team performance and ensure employees are aligned with sales and operational objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and business reviews with branch leaders.

Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all assigned locations.
• Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen customer retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or operations management, preferably with experience overseeing multiple branches, stores, or locations.
• Experience managing and developing branch-level teams, including supervisors or managers.
• Strong background in achieving sales targets and managing operational performance.
• Experience in retail, food service, distribution, consumer-facing businesses, or other multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to conduct regular field visits and travel within the assigned area.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
