Job summary

BRONCHO EXPRESS SERVICE CORPORATION is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a single warehouse and manage 50+ employees across leaders, warehouse staff and support personnel.

You will ensure smooth logistics, monitor productivity, and coordinate with other departments to meet delivery targets while upholding safety and company procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of 1 warehouse.
• Supervise and manage 50+ employees including team leaders, warehouse staff, and support personnel.
• Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse and logistics operations across assigned areas.
• Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, attendance, and overall employee performance.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operations.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, service levels, and operational targets.
• Identify operational issues and implement timely and effective solutions.
• Handle urgent operational concerns and make decisions effectively under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure consistent implementation of company procedures across all warehouses.
• Coach, motivate, and develop supervisors and warehouse personnel.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and strengthen warehouse processes.
