You will drive sales, manage branch staff, and oversee customer service, with a focus on integrity, leadership, and teamwork. A bachelor's degree is preferred; 5+ years in banking operations or 3+ years in a managerial role are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree; Master's degree is a great advantage
• 3+ years of managerial banking operations experience (external banks)
• 5+ years of supervisory banking operations experience (internal)
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Job description

The Branch Manager is responsible for selling the products and services available in the assigned branch as well as for the supervision of the overall operations of the branch and other regulatory agencies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year course in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent; Graduate in Master's degree is a great advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in the Banking Operations in a managerial capacity (if coming from other banks)
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking operations in a supervisory capacity (if coming from within)
• Proficient in written and oral English
• Computer literate
• High sense of integrity and customer service attitude
• Strong people and leadership skills
• Teamplayer, organized and systematic
• Strategic and self-driven, results-focused
