Job summary

EastWest Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to AVP-level professional to lead growth across our branches in the Philippines. You will drive sales, deepen client relationships, mentor the sales team, and ensure service excellence while overseeing risk and compliance in daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least 2 years in a banking leadership role, and a proven history of meeting sales targets and regulatory knowledge.

What the role will entail

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
• Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
