Job summary

Nails Glow- Head Office is seeking a Branch Head to lead a busy retail branch, driving sales, service quality, and daily operations.

You will manage staff, monitor performance, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with other departments to meet targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years in branch management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of sales monitoring, inventory, and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to make decisions and work under pressure.
• Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays when required by branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to meet targets.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns promptly.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and evaluations.
• Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and branch assets.
• Coordinate with other departments on operational needs.
• Prepare and submit branch reports (sales, attendance, inventory, operational).
