Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Health Beauty Wellness branch in Metro Manila. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence across all functions.

You will coach and develop branch staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with support teams to implement improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in branch management are required, with strong leadership and communication

BRANCH MANAGERS (Health Beauty Wellness)

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive sales performance, develop our team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee smooth and efficient branch operations.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage branch staff.
• Monitor sales, inventory, cash handling, supplies, and branch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure consistent customer service excellence.
• Develop sales and promotional initiatives to increase revenue and foot traffic.
• Manage manpower scheduling, attendance, performance reviews, and training.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Marketing, Accounting, Facilities, and other support teams.
• Identify operational issues and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Medical-related, or a relevant 4-year course.
• At least 3 years of experience in branch/store management, preferably in the wellness, beauty, spa, grooming, healthcare, or service industry.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
