Nails Glow- Head Office is seeking a Branch Head to manage daily operations at the Quezon City branch in Metro Manila. You will drive sales, service quality, and staff performance while ensuring adherence to company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years in branch management or supervisory roles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in branch management, retail, sales, operations, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales monitoring, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and branch profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and evaluations.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and branch assets.
• Coordinate with other departments on operational, purchasing, HR, marketing, and admin matters.
• Prepare and submit branch reports (sales, attendance, inventory, and operations).
