Job summary

Sola Food OPC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our operations at the Bulacan branch. You will oversee daily service, manage a front-line team, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

The ideal candidate has College level or higher in hotel/restaurant management or related fields, 1–4 years in F&B, and proven leadership. You are energetic, customer-service oriented, flexible, and ready to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must have College Level in Hotel & Restaurant Management-related courses, vocational diploma, short course certificate, or bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably 1–4 years of working experience in Food, Beverages, or Restaurant services.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Energetic, positive attitude, team player with good customer service skills.
• Experience as branch manager or team leader in F&B is a plus.
