Job summary

Ador's Bakeshop in Pasig is looking for a proactive Branch Manager to lead daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, safety, and exceptional customer service across the team. You will oversee staff, scheduling, inventory, and reporting to senior management.

You will train employees, manage cash handling and stock levels, implement sales strategies, and prepare performance reports to drive branch growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College level education or equivalent.
• Experience in bakery, food service, or retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Knowledge of bakery operations, inventory control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Job Summary
