Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Health Beauty Wellness branch in Metro Manila. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence across all functions.

You will coach and develop branch staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with support teams to implement improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in branch management are required, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in branch/store management.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee smooth and efficient branch operations.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage branch staff.
• Monitor sales, inventory, cash handling, supplies and branch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety, security and regulatory requirements.
