Asiatic Medical Laboratories, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure DOH-compliant healthcare delivery. You will manage patient flow, facility upkeep, and shift scheduling to deliver efficient, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, with 3+ years in supervision within clinics or hospitals and an active PRC license.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Medical/Allied Health, or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a clinic, diagnostic center, laboratory, or hospital.
• Active PRC License required (Registered Medical Technologist / RMT strongly preferred).

Mansioni

• Lead daily branch operations at Ongpin Branch, including opening/closing, queue management, facility upkeep, utilities, and security.
• Guide frontline staff, manage shift schedules, track attendance, and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly to ensure privacy, comfort, and top-quality care.
• Coordinate with lab leads and reception to minimize wait times between reception, lab, and radiology.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily branch operations at our Ongpin Branch—from opening/closing routines and patient queue management to handling facility upkeep, utilities, and security
• Support and manage the team by guiding frontline staff, manage shift schedules, track attendance, and foster a collaborative environment across reception, medical technologists, rad techs, and support personnel.
• Prioritize patient experience by stepping in to resolve patient concerns or bottlenecks quickly and warmly, ensuring privacy, comfort, and efficient, top-quality care at all times.
• Work closely with technical lab leads and reception to streamline patient movement and minimize wait times between reception, lab, and radiology
• Ensure strict branch compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and health safety guidelines.
• Track operational supplies and liaise with corporate teams (HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement) to keep the clinic fully stocked and supported.
• Report & Drive Continuous Improvement: Keep executive leadership updated on daily logs and branch highlights, while bringing fresh ideas to elevate clinic workflows.

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinic, diagnostic center, laboratory, or hospital setting
