Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in a retail pharmacy or outpatient clinic with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
  • Active professional license preferred.
  • Proven budgeting and financial analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with digital healthcare infrastructure and pharmacy software.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and high-pressure problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to Antipolo.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and pharmacy to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Carry out facility inspections to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Maintain and organize clinical, medical, and pharmacy records in accordance with privacy laws.
  • Manage the facility's budget, monitor expenditures, and analyze sales reports to hit targets.
  • Maintain strict inventory control and track product movement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Supervise procurement, storage, and safe dispensing of medicines and controlled substances.
  • Ensure proper cold chain logistics for sensitive medical supplies and audit stock expiry dates.
  • Ensure readiness for external audits and regulatory checks.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs and healthcare regulations.
  • Train and mentor pharmacy and clinic employees.

About the role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, commercial success, and regulatory compliance of the assigned clinic and pharmacy branch. This role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient stock management, and team leadership while driving revenue growth and upholding healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinic and pharmacy to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Carry out facility inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and fully functional environment for patients and staff.
  • Maintain and organize critical clinical, medical, and pharmacy records in accordance with privacy laws.
  • Manage the facility's general budget, monitor expenditures, and analyze sales reports to hit target goals.
  • Maintain strict inventory control, tracking product movement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Supervise the procurement, storage, and safe dispensing of medicines and controlled substances.
  • Ensure proper cold chain logistics for sensitive medical supplies and regularly audit stock expiry dates.
  • Ensure the branch, staff, and medical records are consistently prepared for external audits and regulatory checks.
  • Implement and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), healthcare regulations, and ethical codes of practice.
  • Train and mentor pharmacy and clinic employees.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy or outpatient clinic setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Active professional license (e.g., Registered Pharmacist, Registered Nurse) is preferred.
  • Proven business acumen with budgeting and financial analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital healthcare infrastructure and pharmacy management software.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and high-pressure problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to Antipolo.
