Job Description

The Clinical Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance of the branch. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff while ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and achievement of organizational goals.

Clinical Leadership & Oversight
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered clinical services.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Address and resolve clinical issues or patient concerns promptly.
Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and medical record compliance.
  • Manage branch budget, revenue targets, and expense control.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Monitor billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle processes
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Business Development & Community Relations
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and community partners.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and service expansion.
  • Represent the branch in community outreach and networking events.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
  • Current clinical license (RN or relevant clinical licensure) in good standing (if applicable).
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical management or healthcare leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and driving operational performance.
