Job summary

1Cure Philippines is seeking a Branch Manager for its clinic and pharmacy unit in Pampanga. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and lead a diverse team to deliver high-quality patient care while driving revenue growth.

The role requires 3–5+ years in retail pharmacy or clinic settings with supervisory experience, active licenses preferred, and proficiency with pharmacy software. Willing to be assigned to Global Plaza - San Simon, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy or outpatient clinic setting, with at least 2 years in supervisory or management capacity.
• Active professional license (e.g., Registered Pharmacist, Registered Nurse) preferred.
• Proven budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with digital healthcare infrastructure and pharmacy management software.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and high-pressure problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinic and pharmacy for workflow efficiency.
• Carry out facility inspections to ensure clean, safe environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain and organize clinical, medical, and pharmacy records per privacy laws.
• Manage facility budget, monitor expenditures, and analyze sales to hit targets.
• Maintain inventory control to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Supervise procurement, storage, and safe dispensing of medicines and controlled substances.
• Ensure proper cold chain logistics and audit stock expiry dates.
• Prepare branch, staff, and medical records for external audits and regulatory checks.
• Implement SOPs and healthcare regulations, and uphold ethical codes of practice.
• Train and mentor pharmacy and clinic employees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinic and pharmacy to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Carry out facility inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and fully functional environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain and organize critical clinical, medical, and pharmacy records in accordance with privacy laws.
• Manage the facility's general budget, monitor expenditures, and analyze sales reports to hit target goals.
• Maintain strict inventory control, tracking product movement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Supervise the procurement, storage, and safe dispensing of medicines and controlled substances.
• Ensure proper cold chain logistics for sensitive medical supplies and regularly audit stock expiry dates.
• Ensure the branch, staff, and medical records are consistently prepared for external audits and regulatory checks.
• Implement and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), healthcare regulations, and ethical codes of practice.
• Train and mentor pharmacy and clinic employees.
