Job summary

DERMCARE GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch activities in Metro Manila. You will lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team goals while driving sales performance and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will monitor productivity and profitability, maintain inventory control, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and prepare reports for management.
