Job summary

SJD4 Inc. Philippines is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day branch operations in Metro Manila.

You will schedule staff, ensure adequate on-floor coverage, and lead and motivate the team to deliver friendly service and accurate payments. You will drive customer satisfaction, promote services to generate sales, handle concerns, manage stock levels, and coordinate with head office on inventory.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of the branch
• Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate staff on the floor
• Coach, motivate, guide and evaluate staff performance
• Welcome customers and guests, in charge of receiving payments
• Generate additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate services
• Handle customer concerns
• Check and monitor supplies inventory, inform head office of unavailable items/stock in the branch
• Perform any other tasks that management may require
