The role requires strong modeling, data analysis, and collaboration with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights. You will oversee branch budgeting, ROI evaluations, and cross-functional financial support while operating in a hybrid setup based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting abilities.
• Working knowledge of financial software (NetSuite, Power BI or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills for complex financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support growth.
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze financial performance, sales trends, and profitability; develop financial models for decision making.
• Oversee divisional and branch budget consolidation aligned with corporate policies.
• Set and validate branch sales targets using market insights and historical data.
• Evaluate ROI for investments, capex, and strategic initiatives; propose risk mitigations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed financial insights into business strategy.

• Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business growth.
