Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a warehouse-focused professional to help manage inventory, ensure proper product handling, and uphold safety standards.

You will maintain a clean, organized warehouse following 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and strict quality controls, while coordinating with delivery teams to verify accuracy. If you have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and experience in direct selling or logistics, you will fit in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or a related environment.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Analytical and technical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective warehouse management with accurate inventory, proper product handling, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in line with 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, manage stock organization, and oversee product packaging and dispatch.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.
