The role focuses on accurate order processing, invoicing, cash handling, and delivering excellent customer service to dealers and customers alike. You will process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, and support data encoding for new recruits, while maintaining planograms and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management, or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to build rapport in a team.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering customer service.
• Process orders, upsell opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, ensure product availability, and adhere to planogram and 5S standards.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding policies.
