Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee branch repairs and facilities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with contractors. The role requires hands-on experience in building maintenance, tile, painting, roofing, signage, electrical works, and CAD for planning.

Ideal candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting, accurate material take-offs, and a willingness to travel to inspect branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in repairs, maintenance and building construction.
• Proficient in materials take off and quantity estimates.
• Proficient in branch repair and maintenance supervision.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in doing CAD.
• Ability to provide good service.
• Must give quality assurance.
• Knowledgeable in repair of tiles, painting, roofing, signage and electric breaker.
• Willing to travel for branch inspection if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of branch maintenance/repairs.
• Coordination with branch heads, contractors and technicians.
• Document controller for all repairs and maintenance, plans, checklist and request.
• Preparation for Material Billing for all maintenance and repairs Projects.
