Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee branch repairs and facilities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with contractors. The role requires hands-on experience in building maintenance, tile, painting, roofing, signage, electrical works, and CAD for planning.

Ideal candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting, accurate material take-offs, and a willingness to travel to inspect branches as needed.
