Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; vocational/technical training is a plus.
• 1-2 years in maintenance, warehouse operations, or related work.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Willing to travel to branch locations for visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in office, warehouse, and branches as reported.
• Replace light bulbs and doorknobs; repaint and repair equipment.
• Maintain furniture and fixtures; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and submit reports.
• Assist in moving stocks and supporting company events.
• Visit all branches regularly and submit itineraries.
