Job summary
Concerted Management Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a maintenance professional to supervise branch repairs and ensure quality across sites. The role emphasizes coordination with branch heads, contractors and technicians to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
You will act as document controller for all repairs, maintenance plans and checklists, and you will prepare material billing for maintenance projects. Willingness to travel for inspections is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in repairs, maintenance and building construction.
- Proficient in materials take off and quantity estimates for preparation.
- Proficient in branch repair and maintenance supervision.
- Knowledgeable in trouble shooting.
- Knowledgeable in doing CAD.
- Can provide good service.
- Must give quality assurance.
- Knowledgeable in repair of tiles, painting, roofing, signage and electric breaker.
- Willing to travel for branch inspection if necessary.
