Job summary

BDO Network Bank in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Head responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and for developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The Branch Head will identify client needs, offer appropriate products and services, and oversee the branch's servicing including over-the-counter and ATM, leveraging strong managerial and marketing skills to drive growth across the covered area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course.
• 5+ years of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
