The role involves installing and configuring POS terminals, workstations, servers, and CCTV, resolving tickets per SLA, and assisting end users to maintain productivity.

Formación

• Requires a degree in a computer-related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Must have a process-improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV systems, cameras, cabling, and related hardware.
• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in installation and configuration of IT systems and devices (POS terminals, user workstations, servers, CCTV).
• Resolve tickets within SLA and provide user support to maintain productivity.
• Provide hardware recommendations based on user needs.
• Keep up to date with technical and soft skills through trainings and workshops.
• Directly reports to IT Manager and acts as SPOC for branch IT services.

Job Purpose:

Directly reports to the IT Manager and is the single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for IT services in the branch. He ensures data integrity for all the mall-based and offsite stores being supported. He also provides assistance in configuring and troubleshooting of Store Systems applications especially those that concern the Point-of-Sales system, bills payment and treasury systems, and oth er IT-related equipment deemed necessary for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the installation and configuration of IT systems and devices such as Point-of-sales (POS) terminal, user workstation, servers, and CCTV camera.
• Resolves tickets representing user-generated service requests or errors, within the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Provides technical assistance to the end-users to maintain productivity.
• Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware needs and makes recommendations.
• Keeps up to date on technical and soft skills advancement by attending trainings and workshops.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree holder of any computer-related course.
• At least two-year relevant work experience.
• A process improvement mindset
• Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV systems, including cameras, cabling, and associated hardware.
• Knowledge on POS systems is an advantage.
