About the role
The Branch HR Admin provides vital branch-level HR administrative and employee support across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits, records management, engagement, administrative services, compliance, and EHS coordination. The role ensures effective operations through timely HR support, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and third-party providers.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange interview logistics and validate completeness of physical pre-employment requirements
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires and ensure completeness of 201 files before forwarding to HRIS while safeguarding confidentiality
- Finalize branch participants and training schedules, arrange logistics, transportation, and accommodation when needed
- Prepare training documents and facilitate fundamental briefings and orientations
- Support the HRBP in monitoring and completing probationary and annual KPI goal-setting and evaluation
- Receive, document, and maintain case files for employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and monitor attendance
- Assist employees with HMO, government benefits, claims documentation, and loan applications
- Monitor housekeeping standards, office/facility conditions, and office supply inventory
- Coordinate permit renewal, audit requirements, corrective actions, and assist during government audits
About you
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree, BS Psychology or any relevant course
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position
- Knowledgeable in all facets of HR including basic HR, labor-law knowledge, employee records, attendance/payroll support, recruitment, and onboarding
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Highly organized, implementation-focused, and strict adherence to processes
- Effective communication, customer focus, teamwork, and sound judgment
