Job summary

China Bank PH is seeking a Branch Head to provide strategic direction and hands-on management to drive growth, service excellence, and regulatory compliance at the branch level.

You will lead a team to deliver profitability, deepen customer relationships, and ensure audit readiness across BSP and other authorities, while mentoring staff to achieve targets and uphold the bank's values.

Qualifications
