Job summary

BDO Network Bank in the Philippines seeks a Branch Head to oversee profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, while building long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The successful candidate will identify client needs, offer suitable products, and supervise branch servicing, including over-the-counter and ATM operations, ensuring service quality and compliance. Five years of branch ops/marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.
