• Supervises branch credit operations and staff to meet performance targets.
• Reviews and processes loan applications per underwriting policies and SLAs.
• Coordinates with Head Office for loan payments and release; ensures timely disbursement.
• Acts as CRM champion, manages customer relations and feedback to business teams.
• Oversees branch admin functions, facilities maintenance, procurement, and budget control.
• Mentors staff and fosters a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
