Job summary

The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Branch Head to supervise credit operations in the Cebu City branch, ensure adherence to credit policies, and drive performance within the branch.

You will lead Branch Credit Operations, CRM, administrative management, and team development, coordinating with Head Office and Operations Department to maintain efficiency, compliance, and high service standards in daily banking activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises branch credit operations according to credit policies and service levels.
• Reviews loan applications and conducts applicant interviews for eligibility.
• Approves loans within limits or escalates to higher authorities for approval.
• Coordinates loan processing with Head Office and releases proceeds to borrowers.
• Addresses client issues and consults in special cases with the approval hierarchy.
• Collaborates with Collections to minimize delinquencies and suggests process improvements.
• Acts as CRM champion and provides feedback to improve CRM programs.
• Oversees branch administrative functions, budget, and facilities upkeep.
• Leads branch team and fosters a productive, compliant work culture.
