Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Multi-Branch Operations Manager to oversee sales, day-to-day operations, and customer satisfaction across all branches from the Talamban region in Cebu City. The role focuses on driving growth, protecting margins, and aligning teams toward company targets.

The candidate will lead branch-level sales and operations, optimize workflows, and build reporting dashboards for visibility into performance at both branch and company levels. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in business/related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in managerial sales/ops across multi-location businesses.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and business expansion across all branches.
• Monitor performance, optimize operations, and protect margins.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams; mentor for succession.
• Build dashboards and reporting for branch and company-wide health.
• Travel for site visits and cross-location collaboration.
