Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers, and grow the branch's deposit portfolio
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals
• Participate in planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and market share
