Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of branch banking experience as an officer.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients of the Bank by actively assisting.
• Manage lobby traffic and direct/educate clients to use branch digital channels.
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
