Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to oversee daily lobby operations in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, driving cross-selling and supporting the Branch Head to meet sales targets.

You will identify client needs, promote banking products, and ensure adherence to bank policies while coordinating with digital channels to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any discipline.
• At least three years branch banking experience as an officer.
• Proficient in computer and business applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to Bank clients by actively assisting them.
• Manage lobby traffic and guide clients to use digital channels.
• Approve and override transactions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and requirements.
