Job summary

Microbase Motorbike Corp. (Microbike) is seeking a Branch CI Collector to support debt recovery efforts at our Santa Maria, Bulacan branch.

As a Debt Collector, your role is to contact debtors, negotiate payment arrangements, and help preserve positive customer relations while complying with applicable laws and ethical guidelines. You will document activity and report results to branch management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2 yrs vocational course or at least College Level.
• Requires driver’s license with Restriction #1.
• Knowledgeable in computation using calculator.
• Highly Motivated.
• Team Player.
• Work with Integrity & Loyalty.
• Fieldwork experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Debt collection duties at branch; fieldwork as needed.

Your objective is to recover unpaid debts, minimize financial losses, and support the organization's financial stability.
