Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is hiring a Branch Channel Manager to supervise daily branch operations, administration, and service delivery across all channels, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

You will guide branch teams, screen clients for onboarding under MORB/KYC guidelines, drive in-branch sales, protect assets and vault security, and coach staff on policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Branch Banking Operations at a supervisory level.
• Knowledge of general banking laws and regulations, branch management, and people management.
• Background in sales-related activities and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations of the branches across all service channels to ensure standards are met.
• Screen and interview prospective clients for onboarding in accordance with KYC/MORB guidelines.
• Support in-branch sales activities, cross-sell bank products, and address customer inquiries and complaints to boost loyalty and profitability.
• Oversee vault handling, keys, and password security per bank policy.
• Coach channel employees on regulations, policies, and procedures during clinics and huddles to drive continuous improvement.
