Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive banking experience with at least five years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth, lead branch operations, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Implement management strategies to enhance profitability and service quality.
• Resolve complex customer issues by root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Manage branch team members and foster a performance-driven culture.
