Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions.

• Deliver onboarding, product, process, compliance, and soft skills training.

• Adapt training approaches to different learner needs and styles.

Training Development

• Create and update lesson plans, presentations, job aids, and training materials.

• Ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business requirements.

Assessment & Coaching

• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Coach employees to address performance gaps and strengthen skills.

• Support new hires throughout onboarding and transition to production

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track training attendance, completion, certifications, and learner performance.

• Prepare reports and assess training effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders to identify learning needs and improvement opportunities.
